PARK CITY -- Park City may be the next Utah community to ban discrimination in housing and employment based on sexual orientation or gender.
The city council scheduled a meeting for Thursday night to consider ordinances similar to those adopted by Salt Lake City's council several months ago.
Mayor Dana Williams has said the city already has internal rules against employee discrimination based on sexual preference.
The council meeting is set to begin at 6 p.m. at the Marsac Municipal Building at 445 Marsac Avenue in Park City.
