ZION NATIONAL PARK -- The future of Zion National Park is in danger, according to a new report about climate change.
The report from the Natural Resources Defense Council and the Rocky Mountain Climate Organization says the Colorado river basin is warming at a faster pace than any other spot on the planet outside the arctic, according to the Salt Lake Tribune.
The report says that will affect snow and water levels and possibly lead to the loss of plants and wildlife in the area.
The report says all of Utah's other national parks are also in danger, though Zion faces the most immediate problems.
