OGDEN, Utah (AP) -- A woman who is charged with setting a string of fires in Ogden has been found competent to stand trial.

Marianne Mancuso, 47, is charged with four felony counts of arson. She was arrested Oct. 21 after a string of fires in vacant homes near downtown Ogden in an area slated for redevelopment.

Mancuso is being held at the Weber County Jail on $15,000 bail.

She was found competent to stand trial at a hearing in 2nd District Court on Monday.

If she makes bail, the judge has ordered her to enter into a mental-health and substance-abuse program and stay away from the area where the fires happened.

The mental evaluation was ordered in October.
