(KSL News) A man accused of killing his wife in a Lehi church parking lot is headed back to court tomorrow.

David Ragsdale is charged with aggravated murder for allegedly shooting his wife, Kristy, outside a church in January.

A preliminary hearing is set to begin tomorrow; and for the first time, Ragsdale will face his mother-in-law, Ann Palizzi, who is expected to testify.

Authorities say Palizzi was with her daughter when Ragsdale allegedly opened fire, shooting Kristy 12 times.

Prosecutors say other witnesses there that day will testify.
