Randall Jeppesen reportingThere are some unhappy people in Park City over the airplanes that fly banners outside the Utah Jazz games.
Ken Heidorn is busy in his Heber airport hanger sewing large letters that he pulls behind his airplane. He's the owner of Aerial Ads and has been hired to fly over both Utah Jazz games and Salt Lake Bees games.
On his way to Salt Lake, Heidorn flies over Park City, and some don't like it. "People complaining on the phone, we've had e-mails," he said.
One resident with whom KSL Newsradio spoke says the plane causes a deafening roar as it goes over the canyon, and he wants it stopped.
"We're flying our aircrafts. We're maintaining all the required distance from the ground. We're following all the regulations," Heidorn. He says he'll keep flying, though he expects people will keep complaining.
