OGDEN -- A 20-year-old woman was killed Monday when another vehicle struck hers as she was pulling out of a driveway.
According to Ogden police, the woman was leaving a home near 4500 Harrison Boulevard in her Ford Focus. When she began to make a left turn onto Harrison Boulevard, a northbound Dodge Durango slammed into the driver side of the Focus.
The woman was extricated from her vehicle and taken to McKay Dee Hospital, where she died of her injuries. The 29-year-old driver of the Durango was treated for minor leg injuries at McKay Dee and released.
An investigation is ongoing. Police have not released the name of the victim.
