LEHI -- A Utah woman won $5,000 for herself and $1,000 for the Utah Food Bank in a contest hosted by the California Raisin Marketing Board.

Amy Roskelley of Lehi won the grand prize in the board's "Let's re-Do Lunch" photo contest. She took top honors for the photo accompanying the recipe for kid-friendly Raisin Coco-Nutty Balls. Besides the cash, she also will receive a year's supply of California Raisin snack packs.

The competition encouraged consumers to submit an image of their healthy lunch or snack including California Raisins, along with a healthy meal makeover tip. The entries were judged on healthfulness, creativity, quality of photo and number of votes. The top 10 finalists were selected then put up for public vote. A donation to the food bank of their choice was part of the prize.
