Karen said, "We wanted her to know how loved she is. She's an amazing woman who feels like she has a debt to give back to the world. She does it willingly and with all of her heart. We admire her and she needs to know it."

We surprised Linda with a High 5 Friday morning while she was working at American Fork Hospital. Her 11 children were there for the event.

Linda explained, "I adopted the first three, and all of them just kept coming. You just do what you need to do and move on. The Lord will bless you with what you need."

Linda says she's able to do it with awesome support from her neighbors, colleagues and friends.

"It's not just me, it's a group effort," she said. "You can't build a child by yourself."

Linda received family day passes to the Living Planet Aquarium as part of the High 5.
