MILWAUKEE (AP) — Forward Drew Gooden was signed to a second 10-day contract by the Washington Wizards.

Gooden was originally signed by the Wizards on Feb. 26, has averaged 4 points and 3.3 rebounds in three games.

The 11-year veteran was signed after forwards Nene and Kevin Seraphin suffered knee injuries. He was held scoreless in his first two games before making six of seven shots and scoring 12 points against Utah on Wednesday.

Gooden, 32, signed a five-year, $34 million contract with the Milwaukee Bucks as a free agent in 2010 but was waived after last season through the league's amnesty provision.
