SALT LAKE CITY -- Mondays are all about healthy cooking, and Whole Foods is a one-stop shop for lots of healthy fresh ingredients.
Saydi's Sweet Pizza
Makes one 12-inch pizza
-1 package multigrain Whole Foods pizza dough
-1 cup Whole Foods butter cream
-1 cup assorted berries
Spread Whole Foods butter cream on dough and add berries. Bake for 15 minuets at 400 degrees or until golden brown. After it is done cooking, drizzle organic chocolate syrup (found at Whole Foods) and sprinkle chopped mint over the top.
Green Machine Pizza
Makes one 12-inch pizza
-1 package multigrain Whole Foods pizza dough
-1/2 cup Whole Foods basil pesto(found in the prepared foods department)
-2 cups shredded cheese
-1/2 cup blanched asparagus
-1/2 cup broccoli
-1/2 cup artichoke hearts
Bake for 15 minuets at 400 degrees or until golden brown.
