West Valley police arrested Christy Anne Brown after they found her and the 17-year-old student in a parked car together along 5600 West. Investigators say she's since admitted to having sex more than 40 times with the boy since April 8.
Brown had resigned June 1. She is charged with three counts of forcible sex abuse.
