INDIANAPOLIS — Pascal Siakam had 22 points and 11 rebounds, while Tyrese Haliburton finished with 21 points and eight assists to lead the Indiana Pacers past the Los Angeles Lakers 109-90 in a pivotal game for both teams' playoff aspirations. Indiana has won four of six, with the latest giving Rick Carlisle career win No. 938 to tie late Red Auerbach for 12th all-time. Injured All-Stars LeBron James and Anthony Davis started. Davis finished with 24 points and 15 rebounds while James had 16 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists. Indiana led nearly the entire final 39 minutes to clinch its first winning season since 2020-21.
