SALT LAKE CITY â Coming off the team's fourth consecutive (and last) Pac-12 championship, the Red Rocks learned their postseason fate Monday morning.
The NCAA announced the Red Rocks will be taking their talent to Gainesville, Florida, as the No. 5 team in the country with a 197.895 NQS, where they will face No. 12 Michigan State (197.625), Towson (196.935) and Maryland (196.790) in the first session.
On the other side of the Florida regional is host No. 4 Florida (197.905) in a matchup against No. 13 Missouri (197.420) and Georgia (197.030), and the winner of Clemson (196.705) and Iowa State (196.405) after the play-in meet.
The top two teams from each session will advance to the four-team regional final, where the top two teams will advance to nationals in Fort Worth, Texas. The Red Rocks remain the only team in the country to appear in every nationals since its inception.
The Florida regional will take place April 4-7, and nationals will take place April 18-20.
The Red Rocks will face a fellow conference champion in Michigan State (Big Ten) before a potential matchup against Florida, who finished fourth in the SEC, and Missouri, who finished fifth in the SEC.
