(KSL News) -- A suspect in a child abuse case is still running from West Valley City police who have issued an arrest warrant for him.
Michael Barber was watching his girlfriend's two-year old son when the child was hurt. Barber claimed the boy slipped in the bathtub and hit his head, but police say the wounds aren't consistent with such a fall.
The boy is in critical conditon. His family held a candlelight vigil for him, this weekend.
