SALT LAKE CITY — High temperatures and low humidity throughout the week caused several brush fires across Utah, and the National Weather service issued a red flag fire warning.

KSL.com readers submitted photos of the wildfires they saw as they traveled throughout the state, from Salt Lake City to Vernal.

The weather continued to cause problems Monday as temperatures cooled, but winds picked up speed. High winds left more than 6,000 people without power across Salt Lake County, and I-80 was closed for a brief time due to semitruck rollovers.

As wildfire season continues, remember to practice safety at all times, but be on the lookout for photos of news happening.
