SALT LAKE CITY — In the last week of the regular season for many college football teams, BYU fans swept the winners circle, earning gift cards courtesy of Mountain America Credit Union.

The winners were all aided by picking closely the score of the BYU vs. Utah State game, which was worth 100 instead of the usual 50 points. In fact, the first and second place finishers in Week 13 both predicted perfect scores, 28-10 for BYU.

Brett Borget took the top spot with 242 points and a 5-0 record, while Gregg Rawlings finished second with 231 points and a 4-1 record. They will receive $100 and $75, respectively, VISA gift cards.

There was a tie for third place with a DDM employee, Adam Fisher, winning the tiebreaker to finish third with 230 points. But since he is ineligible to win prizes, the $50 VISA gift card goes to the fourth place contestant, Fred Johnsen.

BYU fans had the highest scoring average in Week 13, scoring 31.9 points per game with 75 percent of its picks being correct. Utah State fans finished second with 30.2 and 72 percent, while Utah fans finished last with 28.4 points and 67 percent.
