LOGAN — Utah State's Maverick Stadium will boast a new look for the 2016 season.

The stadium's $36 million renovation will feature a brand-new press box, 24 luxury suites, 20 patio suites, 700 club seats, updated concourse areas, expanded concession booths, more and newly heated restrooms, two brand-new video scoreboards and an improved sound system.

Utah State is already getting good feedback on the changes. The 24 luxury suites have already sold out and there's a waiting list. All of the premium seating options (both styles of suites and club seats) are open two hours to kickoff and come with premium parking passes.

And the video boards are a big deal, literally. The new north scoreboard will be about four times bigger (67 feet by 38 feet) than the one currently there (48 feet by 14 feet). The new south video board is about the same size as the old one, but will be more clear.

Fans will first get to see all of the new changes in person on Aug. 20 on Family Fun Day, also the day of Utah State's final fall scrimmage. The Aggies' first home game is Sept. 1, against Weber State University. In the meantime, fans can watch stadium construction progress happen right before their eyes on the live webcams hosted at UtahStateAggies.com/maverikcam.
