TOOELE — One man was hospitalized and two others were arrested after a shooting Monday in a Tooele trailer park.
The shooting occurred around 4 p.m. inside Grandview Trailer Park at 549 W. 400 North, police said.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital with a single gunshot wound. His condition was unknown, but he was conscious and breathing when he left the scene, said Tooele police spokesman Shawn Sagers.
Sagers didn't know where the man was hit.
"It was enough of a wound that it needed immediate attention," he said.
Royce Waller, 31, was arrested for investigation of meth possession and illegal weapon possession. Police also believe Waller shot the man, Sagers said, though police are also investigating the possibility he did so in self defense.
Chance O'Sullivan, 19, was also arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault in the incident.
One other man is being sought for questioning, according to Sagers. That man and the shooting victim are between 18 and 31 years old, he said.
The confrontation is believed to be drug-related, Sagers said.
