OREM — This weekend, the UVU events center was host to the Creator Viewer Experience; a chance for YouTubers and their fans to mingle and inspire each other.
With vendors like Allen's Camera showing off the latest in video technology; a main stage where local creators like Bored Shorts TV and Ashley Hess got the spotlight; and other guests like Devin Supertramp and Stuart Edge, there was plenty to do and see.
Fans got autographs and photos with their favorites from the Internet like KFace TV, The Gardiner Sisters and the cast of Studio C. Lined up to get their one-on-one time, the excitement in the air from the viewers and creators alike was palpable.
As many of the content creators pointed out, Utah is a driving force in online content creation, with so many creative and ambitious people using YouTube to share their ideas and sharing their ideas with each other. Not only that, but the fan base in Utah is incredibly encouraging and welcoming.
