TREMONTON, Utah — A 9-year-old boy died in an ATV accident in Tremonton.
Box Elder County deputies say the boy was riding with a 16-year-old on private property near 5900 West and 10400 North when they crashed Thursday around noon.
Neither one of them were wearing a helmet.
The 16-year-old received minor injuries.
Deputies say they are still investigating exactly what happened.
