OGDEN — A man was arrested after threatening to kill a woman and shooting another man, police said.

Raymond Hector Lee Serrano, 21, was arrested Thursday by Ogden City police in connection to two recent crimes. Investigators said Serrano held a gun up to a woman’s head and threatened to kill her if she called police during an outdoor disturbance near 1333 Grant Ave. at 11:30 p.m. May 21.

A short time later, at about 2 a.m. on May 22, he shot a man multiple times near 1762 Lincoln Ave., according to police. They said he also beat the man.

Serrano was arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault and attempted criminal homicide Thursday and booked into the Weber County Jail.
