WEST VALLEY CITY — A woman was critically injured when her car veered off SR-201 and rolled early Sunday morning.
The 42-year-old woman was driving near 5600 West around 2 a.m. when her car went off the road and rolled several times, according to Sgt. Mary Kaye Lucas with the Utah Highway Patrol. The driver — who was the only person in the car — was taken to a nearby hospital with critical injuries.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing. Troopers will look into whether drugs, alcohol or speed were factors in the crash, Lucas said.
