PAYSON — The Payson Police Department has issued an attempt to locate request as they are looking for a man named Dustun Haun who was last heard from Friday.

Haun;s wife received a text from him Friday and he was heard leaving the home Saturday morning at about 6 a.m., police said.

Haun, 42, used the couple’s debit card both in Santaquin and in Fillmore Saturday, but it hasn’t been used since, and he has not contacted anybody, police said. He is on medication, but he failed to bring the medicine with him.

Haun went on a camping trip in October and still has the supplies in his 2003 blue Chevy Avalanche truck, which he also took with him. The truck's license plate is Z51 7GV.

There are not any family issues the police are aware of, but Haun's wife told police she received text messages Friday that had her concerned he might be suicidal, police said.

Police have issued an attempt to locate that has extended to Arizona and Nevada. Haun is listed on the National Crime Investigation Center and is considered missing and endangered.

If anyone has information regarding the whereabouts of Haun, they are asked to call the Payson Police Department at 801-465-5240.
