EPHRAIM, Sanpete County — A man who has become an expert on literally talking people off a bridge is in Utah this week talking about suicide prevention.
The event with Kevin Briggs, a retired California Highway Patrol officer, will take place Friday at the Sevier Valley Center in Richfield at 7 p.m. Kevin Hines, who is one of the few who has survived a suicide attempt on the Golden Gate Bridge, will also speak. The event is free and open to the public.
