SALT LAKE CITY — Lindsey Stirling — dancing violinist, YouTube sensation and worldwide entertainer — will speak to youths of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at an interactive online fireside Nov. 25.

Youths around the world will have an opportunity to send Stirling questions that she will answer during the fireside, which will be available to stream on LDS.org, the LDS Youth Facebook page, YouTube, and The Mormon Channel at 6:30 p.m. MST.

Stirling will also perform violin music and share a message to “increase your confidence in your self-worth and in your ability to contribute good things to the world,” according to LDS.org.

“I was told by so many people that I wouldn't succeed because I was too different,” Stirling said, according to LDS.org. “Ironically, the very reason that people watch my channel and travel thousands of miles to see a show … is because it’s different. God didn’t send us to earth to just blend in. We are here to share what makes us unique.”

Young Women General President Bonnie L. Oscarson and Young Men General President David L. Beck will moderate the event.

Youths can submit questions by posting them on the event page.

Stirling, who returned from a mission to New York with the LDS Church, covers popular songs on her violin, including “Radioactive” by Imagine Dragons and “All of Me” by John Legend.

Stirling also writes her own material and incorporates dubstep into her music.

This fireside is not the first of its kind.

In June, David Archuleta spoke to youth in an interactive fireside about missionary work.
