SALT LAKE CITY — Police are looking for a man who they say dressed as a woman while robbing a bank Saturday night.

Just before 7 p.m., a man walked into a Fresh Market store, 2040 S. 2300 East, went to the Wells Fargo Bank inside, displayed a gun and demanded money, according to Salt Lake police.

Police described the man as being 5 foot 10 inches tall and wearing "thick makeup and fake eyelashes," a short black wig, a white knit cap, blue jeans, a dark colored jacket, and black gloves with three white stripes. The man was also carrying a woman's purse.

The man left with an undisclosed amount of cash. Anyone with information can call police at 801-799-3000.
