LAYTON — The Davis County Sheriff’s Office asked for help Wednesday to locate one of its “most wanted criminals."
Anthony Manuel Isbell, 31, escaped from official custody by never returning from his assigned work release on Oct. 2, according to Sgt. DeeAnn Servey of the Davis County Sheriff’s Office. She said his last known location is 1154 N. 1600 West #A-1 in Layton.
Investigators described him as being 5 feet 8 inches tall and about 130 pounds. His mug shot was posted on the Davis County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page with the hashtag #MostWantedWednesday.
Isbell pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors, the threat of violence and threat or use of a dangerous weapon in a fight, at the end of September, according to court documents. He pleaded guilty to two additional misdemeanors, assault and disorderly conduct, at the same time for an offense that occurred in June.
Those who have information about Isbell’s current location or recent activities can contact the Davis County Sheriff’s Office at 801-451-4150.
