PROVO — Police are asking for help to locate vandals who damaged about 20 vehicles in one spree.

The vandals broke car windows and caused about $4,000 of damage, according to Provo Police Lt. Mathew Siufanua. He said the cars were parked on the street in the Grandview, Sunset and Provo Bay neighborhoods.

The damage was done between 11 p.m. on July 16 and 5 a.m. the next day, according to investigators.

The department announced Tuesday it is offering a reward for information that leads to the arrest of those who damaged the cars. Anyone with information about the incident can contact the Provo Police Department by calling its tip line at 801-852-7400.
