CLEVELAND — In the madness that was LeBron James’ Decision 2.0, fans, media and those simply attracted to crowds gathered in front of James’ Cleveland home in hopes of celebrating with the “King” in his return.

Several cars lined the street of the neighborhood, not only in front of James’ house, but in front of several of his neighbors.

In a way to make nice with his neighbors and the local police department, the James family sent a dozen cupcakes from Baker Blvd Decadent Desserts to 65 houses and five dozen to the local police, according to Darren Rovell.

The cupcakes were sent with a fun note, saying: “Dear friend, we know things have been hectic in our neighborhood these past few weeks and we are sorry for the chaos. We are so thankful to live in this wonderful community and we are so blessed to have understanding neighbors like you.”

The note said the cupcakes were “something meaningful” because they were designed for his foundation. Each delivered box included six “Just A Kid From Akron Cherry Cola” cupcakes and six “Homecourt Chocolate Chunk” cupcakes.
