KSL is looking for Utah-based start-ups to be part of a start-up showcase on May 19.
The showcase will feature local start-ups — small, medium and large — which are doing great things. From early stages of beginning to those that are at the end of the spectrum.
KSL producer Libby Mitchell emphasized that the goal is to highlight the booming technological community in Utah by reporting on the variety of companies tracing their roots to the Beehive state.
"Utah start-ups are special," said Browser 5.0 tech expert Alex Lawrence. "They seem to have a cultural persistence to them that out-of-state investors and others recognize. A won't-give-up-easy attitude. Also, an eye toward technical innovation."
To qualify, 80 percent of the company's workforce must live in Utah. Please nominate companies using this form or via email kslbrowser50@ksl.com. A panel will select a variety of companies to feature.
The startups will be featured on May 19 on KSL's Browser 5.0 at 12:30.
