LEHI — The Lehi Police Department is looking for a man involved in an armed robbery that took place Wednesday afternoon at the Bank of American Fork in Lehi.
The robber confronted a bank employee with a note around 4:30 p.m. at the Bank of American Fork located at 712 E. Main Street, according to Lehi Police. The man left the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The man was described as a Hispanic or Native American male, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, and 180 pounds with a thin build. He also had dark hair and a dark mustache. He entered the bank wearing a dark wool jacket, a black hat, black gloves and a red tie. The robber was also wearing black, square-rim glasses with clear lenses.
Police said the man was last seen heading westbound on foot through the parking lot.
