OGDEN, Utah (AP) - A 44-year-man is accused of throwing another man out of a third-story apartment window.
Jeffrey Anthony Arguello was booked into the Weber County jail on Friday and faces attempted murder and aggravated burglary charges. He's set to appear in court on Monday.
A female witness told Ogden police that before he entered the victim's apartment on Sept. 5, Arguello told her not to worry if she heard a lot of commotion. He reportedly told her it was just him stabbing the victim and throwing him out the window.
Police say the man fell to the ground from his apartment about 30 seconds later.
Arguello reportedly told the witness that the man fell on his own, but the man told police Arguello pushed him.
