MILLCREEK — A man demanded cash from a bank teller while pointing a long barreled silver revolver at them Saturday, according to Unified Police.
The burglary occurred just after 2 p.m. at the Chase Bank on 4041 S. 700 East in Millcreek, said Detective Jared Richardson.
"The suspect entered the bank and pointed a silver revolver with a long barrel at the teller. The suspect demanded money from the teller, which the teller complied (with) and gave the suspect an undetermined amount of cash," Richardson said.
The man then demanded money from another teller who also gave him cash, he said.
After taking the money the man ran out of the bank west towards 700 East and then south along 700 East, Richardson said.
Investigators described the man as a white male between 5 feet 9 inches and 5 feet 10 inches with a red mustache, sunglasses, grey hoodie and khaki pants.
No one was injured during the robbery, police said.
