LOGAN, Utah (AP) - A routine traffic stop ended with the arrest of two Logan men after police found methamphetamine in their car.

The Herald Journal (http://bit.ly/SLUObV ) reports more than 2 pounds of meth with an estimated street value of $30,000 was found in the car following the traffic stop before dawn Friday.

Police say the driver, 23-year-old Bernardo Herrada, consented to a search of his vehicle. Officers found the drugs inside a speaker box in the back of the car.

Herrada and his passenger, 31-year-old Apolonio Rodriguez were booked into the Cache County Jail on suspicion of methamphetamine possession with the intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
