MURRAY — Fashion week isn't just all about New York; Utah is getting in on the action as well.
Fashion's Night Out, coinciding with Fashion Week, was started in New York by Vogue-editor-in-chief Anna Wintour in 2009, and has since spread across 19 countries.
At Fashion Place Mall, the night is being celebrated with a lot of shopping, but also fashion showcases from the Fashion Institute, style tips, handouts for shoppers. Style tips and makeovers are also part of the night, including one deserving woman who was nominated for the service she has given her parents.
"I'm usually taking care of everyone else, so it's so nice for everyone else to treat me," said KSL makeover winner Jamie Kent.
