In this edition of "State of the Utes," University of Utah Athletics Director Dr. Chris Hill gives a tour of the Utes' new football facility. The facility is expected to be completed in the summer of 2013. Hill's tour shows what the facility is expected to bring to the football program and other Utah athletes.
