The Days of ’47 KSL 5 Parade


The Days of '47 KSL 5 Parade is one of the largest and oldest parades in the United States. It's a family tradition full of colorful floats, bands, horses, clowns, and other entries thrill thousands of spectators each year. Many camp out on the streets the night before -- just to ensure a great seat to catch it all.

The parade is televised live throughout the intermountain area on KSL 5 TV from 9am to 11 am on Pioneer Day.

On the morning of July 24, the parade route starts at South Temple and State Street, goes east to 200 East, south to 900 South, then east to Liberty
