SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Utah's Deron Williams finished third in votes for the N-B-A's most improved player.

The award went to Golden State guard Monta Ellis. Sacramento's Kevin Martin was runner-up.

Williams is in his second season with the Jazz. He averaged 16 points per game.
