BANGKOK (AP) — Searchers in Thailand have found the wreckage of an air force helicopter missing since Saturday and the bodies of the three crewmen who were on board.

Air Chief Marshal Suttipong Inseeyong said the wreckage was found Tuesday by searchers on a mountainside in a national park straddling the eastern provinces of Rayong and Chanthaburi.

The Bell UH-1helicopter was on a mission to supply a radar station near where the wreckage was found. The cause of the crash has not been determined.

Rainy weather in the heavily forested area hindered the search, which involved other helicopters and a drone as well as personnel on the ground.
