A Web site designed to help people rent out their stuff is hoping to do well as the economy has more people looking for ways to save and make cash.
The Web site is called Zilok. Even though it sounds like the name of an ancient warrior, it's actually a place where anyone can go to rent out basically anything you have.
You just list your items, such as electronics, sports equipment, gardening tools, cars and even clothing, and you list a price.
Jason Stubbs says, "We do boat rentals, jet ski rentals, ATVs and sometimes snowmobiles."
Stubbs is one of the few Utahns giving the site a try. He says, "Pretty much, they just call you up or e-mail you when they have a rental."
The site started in Europe and is now catching on in the U.S.
Who knows, someone nearby might want to rent your snow blower or that sewing machine you never use.
