(KSL News) If something isn't right when you go out to eat, do you have to leave a tip? One man says no way.
Stone Melet said, "It lets the waiter know you're still spending the same amount of money, but you're withholding part of that tip money in favor of giving it to your favorite charity."
He punishes bad service by rewarding charity. Every time he feels he didn't get the service he deserved, he leaves what's called a "Turtle Tip." It's a small sticker on the bill that explains he's donated the server's tip to charity.
Just to be fair, he also leaves stickers and tips that compliment good servers.
