OGDEN, Utah (AP) — Police are investigating the death of man who was shot near a convenience store in Ogden.
Officers responded to a report of shots fired about 1 a.m. Sunday.
When they arrived, officers found a 32-year-old man in the parking lot of a store.
Police say the man had been shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
His name is being withheld until relatives are notified.
Police say the shooter fled the scene before officers arrived.
