OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) — Authorities say seven men have been injured in a shooting in Oakland, California.
Police have released few details on the circumstances of the shooting late Saturday or severity of the injuries but say all the victims are being treated at the hospital. One has since been released.
Police say in an emailed statement that officers were alerted to the shooting and heard gunfire as they arrived. They found multiple victims and learned that others already had gone for treatment.
Authorities say the victims range in age from 27 to 45. No officers were injured.
