RIVERTON, Wyo. (AP) — Autopsy results show the man whose body was found in a central Wyoming river had drowned after taking a lethal dose of Benadryl.

The Riverton Ranger reports (http://bit.ly/2bZ4s0c ) that a woman playing the mobile game Pokemon Go had discovered 28-year-old Jeffery Day-Quiver's body in the Wind River on July 8.

Officials have ruled the man's death an accident.

Fremont County's chief deputy coroner, Erin Ivie, says Day-Quiver hadn't suffered any physical trauma before drowning.

It's still unclear exactly when the Arapahoe man died, but Ivie says she doesn't believe Day-Quiver had been in the water for longer than a day.
