MINOT, N.D. (AP) — Officials say attendance at the North Dakota State Fair in Minot is down slightly from a year ago.
KXMC-TV reports (http://bit.ly/2azE0cS ) that attendance through the first week of the fair is more than 223,000, and about 1,600 fewer than in 2015.
Officials say a big crowd for Kenny Chesney this week helped boost attendance numbers.
The fair ends Saturday night with a concert by rock legends KISS.
