SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Authorities say a woman has died after a 60-foot fall in central Utah's Maple Canyon.
The Sanpete County Sheriff's Office says in a news release that Melissa Raue, of Holladay, had been rock climbing with her husband and a friend when she fell Saturday afternoon. The 62-year-old woman had landed on a rock floor and died at the scene.
Authorities are still investigating the incident.
