SEATAC, Wash. (AP) — Detectives have identified a badly decomposed body found in a duffel bag outside a garbage bin as a 23-year-old Utah woman.
KOMO-TV reports ( http://bit.ly/1OFBLi4 ) that King County Sheriff's office has identified the remains as Jenna Ferguson of Payson, Utah. Her body was discovered Monday. The sheriff's office says the case is being investigated as a homicide.
Authorities say Ferguson was last seen in early June when she walked away from a church-based rehabilitation program.
The King County Medical Examiner is still working to identify how Ferguson died and authorities urged the public to come forward if they have any information.
