LOS ANGELES (AP) — Three fugitives have been arrested and charged in connection with a firebombing that killed three teenagers at a tire shop in April.

Prosecutors announced Monday that 20-year-old German Monrreal, 20-year-old Estevan Castillo and 19-year-old Mario Godina were arrested in Mexico and returned to Los Angeles on Sunday.

They're being held without bail. Public defenders haven't been assigned.

A fourth man, 19-year-old Roberto Fuentes, was arrested the day after the fire.

Authorities say a Molotov cocktail was hurled into Cheque Tires in South El Monte, California, where teens had gathered for a birthday celebration.

Authorities haven't released a motive for the attack.

The four men are charged with murder with special circumstances, but prosecutors haven't decided whether to seek the death penalty.
