SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — A 27-year-old man died after he was struck by two vehicles while walking on Interstate 215 in Salt Lake City.
The Utah Highway Patrol says Dwain Rowe of Salt Lake City was walking in a travel lane shortly before 4 a.m. Sunday when he was hit by a Jeep Cherokee.
He then was struck by a semi-truck, whose driver did not stop.
Troopers are unsure why Rowe was walking on the interstate.
