BOISE, Idaho (AP) — The president of Idaho's nonprofit Bogus Basin ski resort is retiring.
KBOI-TV reports that Alan Moore has been with the resort outside Boise since 2001. In a news release, Bogus credited him with streamlining operations and guiding the organization through consecutive years of challenging snow conditions."
A nationwide search is planned to fill the position.
Bogus operates alpine runs and Nordic trails as well as year-round mountain recreation on Boise National Forest land under a special use permit from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
